Hello AMune

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Regarding the black pitch issue on FIFA 19 for graphics cards on the 4th and 5th Generation of Intel® Core™ processors, it is worth mentioning that when using legacy platforms, 5th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors and older, FIFA 19 may not be compatible with these platforms.

Release of drivers for legacy platforms still occur but on a much slower cadence and future updates may be related to security fixes. Intel's development, enhancements and fixes are mostly oriented to 6th Generation processors (known as Skylake) and newer.

The latest drivers for graphics on 4th and 5th Generation of Intel® Core™ processors can be downloaded from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/. However, release notes for the latest drivers do not include fixes for issues on FIFA 19. Please refer to the following link for more details:

We recommend running the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers only. Installing generic drivers may address texture quality and rendering issues, but we suggest that users contact their Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) first since generic drivers may override features and customizations.

We recommend visiting https://gameplay.intel.com/ to check the recommended settings based on your platform. However, your platform has not been tested so the recommended settings will not be available.

In this scenario, and considering the PC System Requirements for FIFA 19* recommends a 6th Generation Intel® Core™ processor (Intel i3 6300T or equivalent) we recommend you to get in contact with the game developer to check if they may have recommended settings to achieve some level of playability when using legacy platforms.
