I recently bought a dell inspiron 15 5000 series laptop and when I turned on my webcam it was green?

It looked sort of infrared like. Anyone know what the cause of this was? The webcam was intel realsense.

Hi 18qiana,

 

 

I suggest you this workaround.

 

 

-Uninstall Intel RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager from Programs and Features in Control Panel

 

- restart the computer, and then install this driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25044/eng/intel_rs_dcm_f200_1.4.27.52404.exe

 

 

If the problem continues, let me know which program you are using and tell me if you tested the camera with any other program.
