Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows Software Update Download Problem

I can't download this update. It says Download Failed Unexpectedly. 

Installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM) 

I accept this one too but it didn't change anything.

And by the way, may I know why you wanted to update your graphics driver? Are you having any issues? as we do not recommend updating drivers if your system is working properly.
