Intel HD 4400 drive update fix please?

Constantly getting errors VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR or similar errors related to my Intel hw

Running Windows 10 64bit on ASUS X751LN w/ GEFORCE 840M

I have tried every possible configuration, rolling back the driver, getting the latest one at intel download center.... Nothing seems to be working....

Please help! So many users are experiencing the same problems why isnt Intel coming up with fixes, Windows 10 beta is not an excuse come on...
