Intel(R) UHD Graphics

Hai guys, i have problem

 

In extend monitor, can Intel(R) UHD Graphics 1920 x 1080 50p change to 50i? How to change with Intel Graphics Command Center? I'm not found change to 50i.

Did you make sure to update your graphics driver to the latest version? Please note that depending on your Intel graphics adapter and Intel graphics driver, if the resolution 50i is supported by the driver; the resolution support is not exclusively dependent on the GPU or the display. It also depends if the source (Windows, streaming apps) admits the resolution; this determines whether or not the resolution work.


For us to move forward, we would like to know which Intel UHD graphics you have installed in your system.

Upon checking, the driver installed for your UHD graphics is version 31.0.101.5333.

We have released the latest version which is 31.0.101.5379. Kindly download the latest and install it in your system.

Thank you for the update.


Can you try reinstall the version 31.0.101.5379 again but this time, please use the Clean driver installation method.

Please follow the steps here:

If you are still having the same issue, please help generate another SSU this time the latest driver should be displayed for me to have it checked by our Engineers.
