My intel Core i5 - 2400 HD graphics wont install properly why?

I am trying to install Intel HD Graphics Driver Version 9.17.10.3040 Driver date 2/22/13.

I have a Optiplex 790 with a Intel Core i5 - 2400 3.10 Ghz

I can't seem to find the proper drivers. Please assist

After I updated the drivers a searched for display being off center and it was explained that I had to do a factory reset on the display and that fixed the issue. I guess it was never a problem with the drivers.

Update when I install drivers from windows update my screen is displayed off center.

Windows update had me install driver version 9.17.10.4229
