By default, when you add an add-in graphics card, the BIOS will disable the on-processor graphics engine. You need to go into BIOS Setup and set the mode so that it keeps the graphics engine alive even if an add-in card is present.

What version of Windows are you running? Only 64-bit Windows 10 is supported on your processor.
The latest version of the drivers for processors supporting Intel HD Graphics 530 can be downloaded from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29274/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=88345.
Now, this driver is a DCH driver. If the driver you currently have installed is a non-DCH driver, then you need to do the following:
- Download the DCH driver package to your desktop. Use the link above to get to the download page. Do not attempt to install this driver yet.
- Completely disable Internet access. Unplug your Ethernet cable and/or disable Wireless.
- Uninstall the existing, non-DCH driver.
- Reboot, keeping internet access disabled.
- Install the DCH driver you downloaded in Step 1.
- Reboot.
- Enable Internet access.
- Test.
Hope this helps,
