Whose bios?   What is the motherboard/system model number and manufacturer?

For Intel processors with integrated Graphics, the settings for VRAM in the BIOS are for use *only* in the BIOS. They are not carried over to the Windows environment. In the Windows environment, the base setting is always 128MB; you cannot change it. The Intel graphics device driver will dynamically allocate (up to 50% of available memory) and deallocate memory to use as VRAM, based upon the current needs of running software (games, etc.).

If you have an older game that is complaining about the minimum being 128MB and is unwilling to run without the minimum being adjusted, this is considered to be a bug in this game and you need to contact the game developers to get the problem addressed.

Sorry, but this is reality,
