When using NUC 11PAH and connecting the MINI DP to Type-C cable, the output screen appears abnormal.

When utilizing a Mini DisplayPort to Type-C cable with the NUC 11PAH, the screen resolution differs depending on the orientation of the Type-C connection. When plugged in with the front side facing upwards, it supports a resolution of 4K/60Hz, while with the front side facing downwards, it is limited to 4K/30Hz.

Windows specifications: Windows 11 (23H2)
Graphics card: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Driver version: 31.0.101.3222
Monitor : Dell U3219Q

Anyone else had this issue? How can this issue be improved, or what is the recommended optimal driver version to use?
if you know how to fix please tell me.

This is not a driver issue. It sounds more like a cabling problem.

Why are you not using a simple mDP to DP cable to connect the monitor? This would enable all capabilities.
