I have a 4x500GB RAID 5 Volume performing VERY slow even with write cache enabled (~15MB/s R & W). I am running Windows 7 32-bit. The system does see the RAID controller and I am using 8.9.0.1023 drivers. However, I am unable to see the RAID volume in Device Manager and Storage/Disk Management in the Computer Management MMC. Everything was fine and fast when before I upgraded this comp from Windows XP SP3. Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe the array is rebuilding and that's why the slow speed.
Did you check the array status with the storage manager console ?
