X-Plane 11 Not Launching

Hello, I have a lenovo ideapad 3 with x plane on it. XP11 worked around november then completely crashed and no longer will load, I already emailed Laminar Research about this and they said to go to you guys. Can someone help me please? Thanks!

  • Was this working fine before?
  • What did Laminar Research specifically say?
  • Have you done troubleshooting steps?
  • What is the specific game platform you're playing the game on?

To assist us in analyzing the details of your system and addressing the issue effectively, we kindly ask you to generate a System Support Utility (SSU) report. This report will provide us with comprehensive information about your system's configuration, helping us identify any potential incompatibilities or issues.
