Hi,
I have an HP bc021TX laptop with intel hd graphics 530 and Nvidia Geforce.
The Intel graphics driver installed is up-to-date (24/10/16) on my Windows 7 64 system.
It happens that I'm getting frequent crashes with blue screen.
Uninstalling Intel driver and using Windows Generic VGA driver, even with the same settings, solve the problem.
So it's clearly something about the driver.
Can someone tell me if Intel is working on some related issue ?

Hi, HVassali, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities.
Just to let you know, remember that the Intel® graphics drivers are generic, meaning that they may or may not work with your system, specially if it is a OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product, like your laptop in this case. We always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer, HP should be able to provide the proper drivers for your platform that works with 2 different graphics controllers, Intel and Nvidia. Now, there are some cases when "inbox drivers" those are the ones provided by Microsoft, fixed different problems and in those cases we advice to keep using that driver if the laptop has a better performance with it.
Not sure if the product below is the specific laptop that you are using, but I was looking for the drivers for it and there are no drivers available for Windows® 7:

This could be an isolated case, not sure which driver version you tried before, but just in case on the link below you will find the latest graphics driver for the Intel® HD 530 graphics controller, 4627, please let me know the results of trying that driver:

There are many peers that were able to install the driver version 4627 successfully on a computer using the Intel® HD 530 graphics controller, at this point there are no reports or known issues with that driver version.
