igfxem.exe locks steamapps directory

Hi,

igfxem.exe is locking steamapps directory and causes error in steam when after installing/updating games. You can see locked directories by igfxem.exe in Windows Resource Monitor.

My CPU is i7 6700hq. Methinks Intel driver is looking for installed games for auto-optimization.
