i have installed all drivers from lenovo web site (intel graphics, nvidia, chipset, ...)

all work great i have no problem but it seem that the resolution is not very clear, it's difficult to explain but i see a very very small points in all my screen

as if it's not a good resolution but i have choosed the recommanded resolution and i have changed all options but same thing.

it seem also that nvidia card work only with games not in normal usage

any one have idea about that ?

Hello @mhd,

Let's try installing the Intel® generic driver.

Please try uninstalling the graphics driver first and then reinstall it, please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html?wapkw=intel+display+audio Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver, once you uninstall this driver, restart your system, and then manually install the latest driver that Intel has released:

Please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*

Download the graphics driver here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355

Once you install the driver, launch the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel, in desktop mode, right-click on the Desktop, and select Graphics Properties. You can select the proper resolution under the display option, also you can restore graphics defaults by pressing Ctrl – Alt –F8 on your keyboard when the graphics screen is open.

Best wishes,

Ivan

I have done what you told me (i desactivated the graphic driver, installed the new intel driver) and i have tried all available options in graphic interface of the "Intel Graphics proprieties" Still have the same problem. I think i will change the operating system.

In this case, you computer manufacturer does not accept an Intel® generic driver, you will need to download the latest driver from your computer manufacturer, which is Lenovo.

You should be able to get it at the following link:

Being that the case, most likely you have a windows problem, a registry corruption because the driver from Lenovo is the proper driver for your system, and it should work without problems.

At this point, I suggest you to do a system restore and if the problem persists, try reinstalling the operating system on your computer.
