why is my second monitor fuzzy. Intel(R) HD Graphics P4600/P4700

I have an HP Z230 Workstation with a second monitor attached to the Intel(R) HD Graphics P4600/P4700.

It's configured as an extension of the primary monitor. (desktop)

Why is only the second monitor fuzzy? I have what I believe is the latest driver. (Installed driver utility)

In order to better assist you we need to verify a few details: By any chance do you know the model of the processor inside the PC? What is the connection you are using to connect both monitors? Did it work fine before? Which version of Windows are you using? Did you test it with different cables? Did you test it with different monitors?
