I Can't access any internet resource in the jupyterlab

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For your information, these are expected due to the global settings of JupyterLab. This is done because of security concerns. Currently, JupyterLab does not allow users to download files from random external websites as these systems are intended for training and workshops only. Hope this helps.
