Monitor intel integrated GPU usage for dockers

Hi!

I would like to know if there is way to monitor Intel GPU usage per docker(basically per process). Nvidia supports monitoring of its hardware acceleration of dockers(Ex:https://github.com/google/cadvisor/blob/v0.29.1/docs/running.md#hardware-accelerator-monitoring). It would be great if Intel could have such functionality in support of dockers.
