can't change RAM type in SignalTap, Quartus 13.1

Hi,

I've compiled my design and get an error, saying Quartus cannot fit the design (because of Signaltap).

I tried to change the RAM Type (because my M9K blocks are all used) in the Signal Tap window but it is greyed out, stuck on Auto. Lock mode is also greyed out.

What can I do?

Why is it greyed out?
