How do I unprovision RPAT on the hardware level on DQ45EK mobo?

We received a DQ45EK from the Intel Demo Depot Build Center. Have been unable to provision RPAT. Our RPAT vendor suggests that it may have previously been provisioned with RPAT and that we need to unprovision it at the hardware level. Any help?
