Customize resolution on Intel Graphics 3000

Hello,

 

I'm on an Inspiron 14z 5423 with an Intel Graphics 3000 card. When I connect it to a TV, the resolution on the TV is all wrong and I can't find any way to customize the resolution. I've tried adding a custom resolution, but nothing happened after I created it.

What processor? What memory? What version of Windows? If Windows 10, what Windows 10 update?
