Hi,
I have camera realsense d435 and when I am turning on Intel RealSense Viewer application I am receiving this error. One important thing is that on one of my computers this application with this camera is working fine. Am I missing something? I was trying to run the application with Administrator permissions, because I am working on Windows 10.
Best regards,
Anna Bujak

Please check that permission for Windows to access the camera hardware and camera apps is set to 'On' in the Windows privacy settings. Windows may sometimes change these settings after an update to a new Windows version.

Edit: the link seems to be having difficulty with jumping to the correct link. Please go to the comment in the discussion that begins with the line 'The next thing I would look at is whether camera-related apps are being blocked by Windows' "Privacy" settings'.

BTW, RealSense support has now moved to a new location. Please post future questions there. Thanks!

At this point, I would recommend following the advice above to re-post the question on the new RealSense forum, as Intel support staff have access to resources that I do not (I do not work for Intel). Apologies that I could not find a solution for you myself in this case.
