Arria II GX AS support

I use ARRIA II GX EP2AGX260F35I5N device and EPCS128.Does that device support active serial (AS) configuration? 

Another question-how do i set the dedicated EPCS pins as regular I/O?On dual purpose pins tab i am able to see Data [7..1] and nCEO pins only.I don't understand what is the relation of the pins of Data [7..1] to the schematic .Does somebody have an idea?

You can use AS. 

Look at here http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/arria-ii-gx/aiigx_51009.pdf  You can set the dual purpose pin in the Quartus on compilation time. However, you only can use 7 out of 8 pins. The last 1 pin is dedicated to configuration.
