12900K - Watch Dogs Legion - bottleneck

Hello,

I have some serious problems with Watch Dogs Legion performance of RTX 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming and 12900K. First of all, I provide my computer specs :

12900K with NZXT KRAKEN X73 ( 50-60C in game )

2x16GB DDR4 KINGSTON DDR4 3600MHZ in GEAR 1

RTX 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming

Aorus Z690 Elite DDR4 bios F5

SSD 1 TB NVM PCIE

Seasonic 1300W Prime Platinum

Windows 11 2H22 updated. 522.25 new nvidia drivers.

No matter what fps.

I launch game all ultra, rt off, dlss off on 1440P. Have 81fps. gpu usage 93%.
Change to 720P. Still 81fps. Usage 60%
Change to 1080P. Still 81fps. Usage 80%

This is not normal? Why i have such bottleneck on 12900K?


I updated bios,formatted disk and still no go.


Here someone:Have 98% usage in benchmark on 720P, on 12900K and 3090 rtx.
I tested benchmark on 720P and have 60-70% usage. I dont know why.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

When did you purchase the Intel® processor? (For Warranty Purposes)

Did you build the computer?

When you mentioned that you have serious problems, could you please describe what you mean by that? Is the game crashing, lagging, or freezing?

Did you notice this bottleneck problem with Watch Dogs Legion's performance before?

If not, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
