6850K IMC Test Fail and AVX Offset

Hi,

After running the IPDT my CPU fails to pass the IMC test but succeeds to pass in all the other tests. I don't know why this is happening, or if i should be concerned given that my system is running stable with no BSOD or freezing but it's somewhat concerning regardless. I've attached a copy of the IPDT results for someone to have a look. Also an issue that's arisen is that my CPU no longer offsets it's ratio when AVX enabled code is run. This means the 6850K is running at 3699MHz and is getting rather toasty as it does it, sitting at around 70 degrees C. It never used to do this, it would shift it's ratio to 35x and sit at 3499Mhz, is this normal? I've tried clearing the CMOS on the motherbaord and reverting to default settings (even removing the battery and reseating the CPU) but it makes no difference this behaviour still continues. I've tried contacting ASUS thinking that this was a bios issue but they were less than helpful frankly. Hoping someone can help.

All system frequencies and temps taken from HWMonitor & CPU-Z.

System Specs:

CPU: i7 6850K

Motherboard: ASUS X99-A II

RAM: 32GB Corsair Dominator CMD32GX4M4A2400C12

OS: Windows 10 Pro Build 10586

Thanks for the reply. I'm happy to wait for the new version of the software as i suspected nothing was actually wrong with the IMC. The AVX issue does concern me though, is this normal behaviour? Really not sure what's happening there.

Did you update the motherboard bios? If not, it is very important to have the latest bios version.
