CPU warranty still valid or not if it got a few damages or abrasions

My 6700 has a few abrasion(from myself) so I'd like to know whether warranty still valid or not. photos available on the link below.

Thank you for the pictures, please bear in mind that the warranty on the processor does not cover physical damage. I would recommend reviewing the information linked below:
