Hola, tengo un intel core i5 7200u, en las especificaciones de la pagina dice que va a una velocidad de 2.5Ghz y con turboboost a 3.1Ghz, pero en las especificaciones del pc dice que con turboboost va a 2.7Ghz, porqué?

That is correct, according to the specifications the Max Turbo Frequency is 3.10 GHz:

The manufacturer of the computer has the option to customize the features of their products, including the Max Turbo Frequency value, they can disable or enable different options from the processor as well.The best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with them to confirm those specifications.
