If I use DDR3L on my Intel core i3 6100 that would be working fine or there will be some problems.....????

This CPU supports DDR3L 1.35V, http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/desktop-6th-gen-core-family-datasheet-vol-1.html 6th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family Datasheet, Vol. 1 , p.18. No support for regular DDR. But motherboard decide which type of RAM will be supported in given system, so check the motherboard documentation.

Right now DDR4 have little real performance advances over DDR3.
