Processor Upgrade for Q43 Chipset

I have a DELL Optiplex 760 (Q43 Chipset and the processor is Q8200. As I want to run Virtualization, I need to change my processor to say Q8400.

Any advise if Q8400 will work with the motherboard or what ar my other options for the processor that I can use that supports IVT?

Theirs no reason why you can't upgrade to a Q9400 as well unless dell lock the CPU to this model.
