Looks like a new microcode update was released, version 20161104 : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26400/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File Download Linux* Processor Microcode Data File
However there are no release notes / Spec Updates / Errata for this. The Debian release has some interesting info:
+ This update fixes undisclosed (and likely critical) errata on
Broadwell-E Core i7-68xxK/69xxK/6950X, Broadwell-EP/EX B0/R0/M0
Xeon E5v4 and Xeon E7v4, and Haswell-EP Xeon E5v3

Any info on when the errata will be released? I suspect we are hitting this specific issue with E5v4 CPUs (I am also pursuing this via our system integrator, but asking here as well).

/thread/108334 Pramod_Korathota, there is no specific errata file for this Microcode Data File;however, normally there is an errata file for each processor. In this case since you mentioned this family; http://ark.intel.com/products/family/91287/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E5-v4-Family# @All Intel® Xeon® Processor E5 v4 Family, this is the errata file http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-e5-v4-spec-update.html Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2600 v4 Family Datasheet.
Regards,
Amy.
