Vulnerability with physical TPM (discussion sparked from the Raspberry Pi bitlocker hack video)

I was asked to review a bunch of old equipment to see which would be vulnerable to the phyiscal bitlocker hack discussed in this post:

Raspberry Pi Pico cracks BitLocker in under a minute • The Register

Is there an easy way I can identify, out of these older chipsets, which may be vulnerable? I know it's an odd request so I appreciate any assistance. Thanks!
