hi

i need to connect a 12bit ADC (mcp3208) to my Altera DE2 board. but im new to this and i have no idea how to do it so eventhough i read through the spi core user manual many time. so if any of u can please help me i would be very thankful..

i have already created my nios processor as i understood, i need to add Avelon-ST serial peripheral interface(spi) to my processor.

but when i did this, the source and sick is unconnected. im not sure where to connect them. do i need to add anything else? my cpu is connected to every other module including Jtag-uart, RAM, I/O, but nothing is connected to the SPI core.

thnx in advance for any help...
