Eclipse locks jtag

After starting Eclipse (and not doing anything

with it) it locks jtag. After this I cannot program

the FPGA, etc. This is what I get:

$ jtagconfig --enum

1) USB-BlasterII [USB-1]

Unable to lock chain - Chain in use - check ? on 127.0.0.1

This behaviour suddenly started today. After closing Eclipse

everything is back to normal:

$ jtagconfig --enum

1) USB-BlasterII [USB-1]

031050DD 10M50DA(.|ES)/10M50DC

020D10DD VTAP10

Any idea how to prevent this locking?
