I assume you mean the low-level UART signalling - is that right?
There's no 'easy' way to do anything with the HSMC connector without a mating PCB. However, you can get hold of the mating half of the connector (samtec asp-122952-01 (https://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahukewjvwm7b9djkahxcurqkhdxyciiqfggfmaa&url=http%3a%2f%2fsuddendocs.samtec.com%2fprints%2fasp-122952-01-mkt.pdf&usg=afqjcnhueobffx5i0kptzhq7qivpv5aagg)) and solder wires to it. Far preferable (and less risky) to soldering wires straight to your dev board. Cheers, Alex- Mark as New

There is an adapter HSMC to pin header 2.54mm out of there ? Soldering is not an option for these boards :)

Some dev kits (eg - cyclone v soc development kit (https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-cyclone-v-soc.html)) refer to a "HSMC breakout board" that's included with the kit. So, yes. There is such a thing.
Also, the "altera jesd204b ip core and ti dac37j84 hardware checkout report (https://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahukewi5ldk4-tjkahwktxqkhdgfdoeqfggqmai&url=https%3a%2f%2fwww.altera.com%2fcontent%2fdam%2faltera-www%2fglobal%2fen_us%2fpdfs%2fliterature%2fan%2fan719.pdf&usg=afqjcnehtcn_k_ymwa3e52r7y-tlrzrqww)" discusses it for a Stratix V dev board - see pic on page 2.
