How to analyze the .vqm file?

By turning on and off the WYSIWYG flag, the analysis and the map time would be significantly different. So the LUT count would be significant as well (as expected). 

 

In the .vqm file, what structure should be look at that causing the above scenario? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
