Intel x86 emulator Accelerator

I am having a 14th gen 14700HX processor laptop with Windows 11 Single home Language. When I am trying to download Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator ( HAXM INSTALLER) it says that the device is compatible but can run only if Windows Microsoft Hyper V is disabled( Disabling/ Enabling Hyper V option is not available in windows 11 Single home language). Please help me out
