I have installed  New Wifi card for my Laptop , Acer Predator PH3D15-17 ,  replacing ex Killer 6E- Ax1675i.

After i have installed new Driver . My Wifi is working good but there is no sign of my Bluetooth even  installed BT 23.30.0 driver . In Device manager don't show the Blutooth icon . I have run "msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic" and it doesn't help . I can't even use or see  any Bluetooth device or pairing anything .

I'm assuming that the Killer AX1675 Adapter was removed from your laptop?

You may try the following procedure:

1. Disconnect the internet connection.

2. Follow the instructions in this video and/or this article.

Hope this will work.

Leon

Hi @Noomoto

Although you have replaced the Killer Adapter by Intel BE200, it looks that the Killer Driver is still installed in your system. You can find it on the Device Manager image and in the SSU report as well.

Perform Clean Installation of the new driver.

After Killer Driver is uninstalled,  the latest Intel BT driver.

Hi Leon ,

After repeatly many times  of Clean uninstallation  , It failed  to completely remove My-Ex AX1675i wifi card  from Device manager . It keeps to re-appear eveytime after system restart .  I have tried to Clean uninstall any related with intel wireless driver , Killer or anything that i can think of.

Any suggestion are open how to fix this problem .
