I updated the network adapter driver for Windows 11 Pro MS Surface laptop, and now I cannot connect to the internet. My router is fine; all my other devices are connected. I have tried a variety of troubleshooting options as described on the internet, none work, and rolling back to a previous driver is not an option. Please help.

Get the proper driver for your surface from Microsoft.

It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues after updating the network adapter driver on your Windows 11 Pro MS Surface laptop. Since rolling back to a previous driver is not an option, have you tried uninstalling the current driver and then reinstalling it?
