We are trying to setup dual BenQ monitors with 100Hz. The hardware configuration:
- 2x BenQ model XL2411P
- Intel processor i5-7500, HD 630
- Connect the onboard DP to a DP (1-IN/2-Out) Multi-Stream Transport Hub
- Use Intel Display Properties to set both monitors to 100Hz
- Resolution 1920x1080
- Launch the application
We noticed the refresh rate will switch back to 60Hz sometimes, it is not stable in staying 100Hz.
Can HD 630 support dual monitors with 100Hz?
J.

Hello ver7,
Yes. The onboard graphics of the processor can support this resolution and refresh rate using dual monitors.
To provide a detailed answer about his issue, please scan your system using the DxDiag tool to gather more information about your system. Follow the steps below:
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.
