Hallo,
- Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 - Treibervers. 9.17.10.4229 v. 27.05.2015
- NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M - Treibervers. 10.18.13.6143 v. 16.12.2015
- WIN-Taste + P drücken, danach enter -> mehrfach probieren
- abgesicherter Modus
- eine Grafikkarte deaktivieren
etc.
.....
Hello
After the installation of the upgrade (from WIN7 on WIN10), the screen goes black after start of WIN10 (blue WIN window and point roundabout still visible) of the screen. Program will continue to run and the WIN sound is coming, then the PIN is expected. Win10 can be operated only in the blind. The problem seems to occur mainly at platforms with two graphics cards onboard.
On my laptop (MEDION AKOYA P7621 (MD 98026) DE, MSN: 30013810)
are the following graphics cards onboard and functional:
-Intel(R) HD graphics 3000 - driver verse. 9.17.10.4229 v. 27.05.2015
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M - driver verse. 10.18.13.6143 v. 16.12.2015
Supposedly the Intel(R) HD graphics does not support 3000 from WIN10!
In the INET, there are already numerous opinions for remedy:
-Press ALT + F4 keys
-WIN-key + press P then enter-> multiple sample
-safe mode
-disable a graphics card
etc.
None of these tips work. Have long tried and found an interim solution:
-After starting Windows, put the computer in sleep mode to the command prompt. Then press the power button and boot win 10 out of idle mode. Sieheda, it works now and Win10 is ready for operation.
My question would be, as the problem is to eliminate, without executing the above described way.
Can someone take this position or is it only a MS problem?

Hello Poweruserxy,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
Please check the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Graphics Drivers.
As you can see Intel® HD Graphics 3000 does not support Windows 10, if you found a solution to run Windows 10 in your system we appreciate that you have shared that with us and that can also help others to solve their problems but unfortunately any unstable situation with Windows 10 and this graphics version can occur.
Best wishes,
Ivan
