Good afternoon, thank you for responding so quickly.
Unfortunately these drivers have the same problem.
The screen flickers at 4K resolution.
There are no other solutions to this problem.

Hello dronsky,
Can you please test the system without any graphics drivers (use the generic Microsoft drivers)?
Follow http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html these steps to uninstall the current graphics driver.
Please let me know if the issue persists.
Best Regards,
JC

Good afternoon, Intel Corporation!
Yes. I did that. On the standard VGA drivers from Microsoft.
No standard flicker observed

Hi dronsky,
As the last troubleshooting step, I would recommend updating the BIOS of your laptop (contact Asus for further information) and also install the following driver and let me know how it goes:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?product=88967 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40 6th Gen] Version: 15.40.14.4352 (Latest) Date: 12/23/2015

Good afternoon, Intel Corporation!
Unfortunately the BIOS update did not save the situation either. The only thing is that ASUS garnits the laptop with 16GB of RAM, and I installed 32 GB. 16 GB works without problems.
Driver installation did not help (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-%3Fproduct%3D88967 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40 6th Gen] Version: 15.40.14.4352 (Latest) Date: 12/23/2015)

Hello dronsky,
Thank you for the information.
I couldn't find information about your system with this model number ASUS N52VW, but I found information on this one https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/VivoBook-Pro-N552VW/specifications/ VivoBook Pro N552VW, and per these specs, it supports only up to 16 GB. If this is your system then, this may be causing the display issues. You will need to confirm the RAM support with Asus.
Best Regards,
JC

Good day, Intel Corporation
Yes, I contacted the ASUS. They answered that this system was tested only on 16 gigabytes of RAM. With higher than 16 GB they do not guarantee stable operation of the system
Thank you for the timely replies! Tickets can be closed.

I have a ASUS desktop and had graphical interference with the HD graphics 530. I may have found the solution (it was on the Internet). I set my Power Option to "High Performance". (i.e. Control Panel, Power Options, [you may have to UnHide Advanced options], then select "High Performance"). The graphical corruption of tearing went away immediately, the flickering in the Microsoft games (i.e. solitaire, mahjong, minesweeper) stopped.
Hope this helps. Notebook users will note that this will diminish battery life.
BTW I had gone through several Intel HD graphics 530 driver versions. I am currently on version 15.45.18.4664.
