I have an HP Envy 750-424 desktop with an Intel HD graphics 530 adapter. I have been ssing the same driver for a long time (disabled updates because of earlier problems (see this thread: https://communities.intel.com/thread/110921 https://communities.intel.com/thread/110921). Over the past several weeks I have been getting a BSOD error VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR with increasing frequency when playing videos. I just updated to new driver version 22.20.16.4785 but the problem immediately returned. Is this an Intel driver? If it is an HP/third party driver, what is the latest generic Intel driver I should try?
Thanks,
BRian

Hello,
Can you try updating your drivers to latest one over here : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27199/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-47-?product=80939 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.47]
The issue can be happened with an internal issue as well and can be a fault with windows updates. Try updating to latest drivers and windows updates, if this doesn't help try installing the windows again (only if nothing works).

Hello bdimmick327,
I was wondering if issue persists or not after performing the troubleshooting steps D-K suggested. In case you still need assistance just let me know.
Regards,
Fred D.
