I can't install it, how can i solve the problem ?

I got an error when i tried to install Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows. i get a serial number from Intel..

When it requires to insert a serial number, i got " Following error has occured during licence check : (-88). Please refer to [link] for details"

I also used an alternative options which is using licence file ... same message. Can you help me ?
