My processor have a weird problem. Everytime when i'll play overwatch, the game lag and the processor falls of 2,70ghz to 0,58ghz. Why my processor stop when i play any game with high requirements? Can be the Enhanced Intel SpeedStep?

DeiveKuro, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Processors communities.
Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology is an advanced means of enabling high performance while meeting the power-conservation needs of mobile systems. Conventional Intel SpeedStep® Technology switches both voltage and frequency in tandem between high and low levels in response to processor load, this feature works for the times when the PC is on idle, and it does not required for the processor to run at high speeds so it will decrease the clock speed, but while playing games it should let the processor to go up to 2,70GHz. As an option you can try to enable it and disable it just to confirm if it makes any difference, however we always recommend to use the BIOS at default settings, specially if you are using an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) system.
This problem also could be related to overheating, that while playing games if the laptop detects it is getting hot, it will decrease the clock speed to avoid the laptop from freezing or throttling. Maybe there is an option on the BIOS that could be enable or disable to avoid this problem, but that is something you will need to check directly with the manufacturer of your computer.
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto
